To end a very quick spring break that i had... myself, jessica, ethan, cassie, heather, ella and carson all traveled down to columbia [south carolina] to go to the Riverbanks Zoo!! It seemed like it took for ever to get down there.. probably because all carson would say was: "are we there yet", "when we will be there?", "we passed all the big green trees mommy!" - within 30 mins of driving!! When we got there Carson was so excited to see ALL the animals but he really just wanted to find the gorillas and the hippos!! The two adorable babies were SUPER good.... Ella would start to scream every time it was time to eat... and Ethan would just sit in his stroller and eat with us.. until the last time when they both started to cry... I had to rock Ethan to sleep in the mall bc he sure was cranky!!! Heather could not even enjoy her "slimmy chicken" because miss Ella was crying and she even attempt to choke on a puff but... super mommy saved the day!!! The weather turned out to be okay.... just glad it did not start to rain!! Myself, Cassie & Carson all enjoyed a bird show while the mommies went for a diaper change run!! :) - we then went over to the playground to have some fun then to the gift shop to end the trip to the zoo!!
We all knew since we were in columbia that we just HAD to stop at the mall...i love the columbia mall... its just so big & pretty! :) - carson was being the five year old little boy that knows how to act when he goes to a mall.... i want this... i want this.. but he sure is smart for a five year old... he even tried to convince his mommy on letting him build-a-bear for ME! :) - how sweet!!! - After we left the mall to head back home.. it did not take long for ella to take a nap and we had to convince carson that if he went to take a nap by the time he would wake up.. he'd be home! =) - it worked so me & heather had some "adult time" without hearing "mommy" or a crying baby! =) - I sure wish my spring break did not end as quick as it did..... We all had a GREAT time at the zoo!!!!

This is your official back-to-school for some of us GOOD MORNING MESSAGE!!! Five o'clock came much too quickly! Ella DID sleep through the night, so that was nice. She seems much better this morning, and of course Car is still sleeping. He must be exhausted from his BIG movie night! hehe He had to put on his paleontologist suit and hat to watch the movie! He is too funny! BTW the LOVED his car! Thank you so much again! Brian finally got it out for him during the movie. It makes LOTS of noise! :)

Had lots and lots and lots of fun at the zoo!!! Glad we had Carson there to navigate us with his trusty map!!! Too bad there wasnt a valuptor raptor or whatever it was called there for him to see!!! Guess the gorillas were good enough though!! Childhood innocence is the absolute best!!!

I asked Jessica if she wanted me to get tickets for you guys at school today. They are cheaper if you buy them ahead of time. It doesn't make any difference to me at all...Just thought I would ask to be nice. You could just call me when you got there and I could give them to you or if you come to my school today I would have them. Just let me know. They are 2 dollars ahead of time and 3 at the door.
