This past Saturday was a very busy day. First, we ventured to Tryon for their festival. When we got there, Ethan kept asking, "Where is the festable?" He knows that at festivals they usually have rides. Tryon was literally the worst festival I went to. They had NO rides and six booths set up with information that I could careless about. Ethan did, however, enjoyed looking at the firetrucks and received a fire hat from one of the firemen. After the festival, we went to Harmon Field to play on the playground. Ethan and I enjoyed playing tag and racing down the slides. He also enjoyed throwing rocks in the creek that is behind the playground. Once we left, we went home for a few hours then ventured out to Spartanburg for their event. They were having the Creative Taste where local restaurants and chefs featured in a Restaurant Row. Ethan was able to make an apron out of dinasours. He also spotted a clown and was able to get a balloon puppy. It was a very busy Saturday which will be a one time experience for both festivals.
